Delivery Timeframes

• UK, Europe, USA & Canada: 3-5 working days
• All other destinations: 7-10 working days

Delivery Issues

• If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 days of dispatch, contact me immediately
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of my limited edition prints, I do not offer direct refunds. However:

Exchanges

• Exchange for another print of equal value within 14 days of delivery
• Contact me first to arrange the exchange
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility
• Original packaging and certificate of authenticity must be included
• Prints must be in original, undamaged condition

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged print:

2. Provide photos of: packaging, print, and certificate of authenticity

4. I will arrange free replacement and handle return logistics
