Reliable Worldwide Shipping

Your artwork is professionally printed and dispatched by my trusted partner, The Print Space, based in London. As a photographer based in Switzerland, I’ve partnered with The Print Space to ensure the highest quality printing and reliable international shipping for my customers worldwide.

Depending on where you are in the world, your order will be sent from either their UK or German facilities to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your location.

Every piece is carefully packaged using sturdy protective tubing or crush-resistant materials to guarantee your print arrives in perfect condition.

Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are processed and leave the printing facility within 3 working days of your purchase and are handled by these trusted couriers:
Unframed Artwork

  • UK deliveries: Royal Mail
  • European Union: Deutsche Post
  • Worldwide (including EEA): DHL Express

Framed Pieces
All mounted and framed works travel via DHL Express for maximum protection during transit.

Typical Delivery Timeframes

  • UK, Europe, USA & Canada: 3-5 working days
  • All other destinations: 7-10 working days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times from dispatch. Orders to Switzerland typically arrive within 3-5 working days via the European distribution network.

Seasonal Considerations

During peak periods (holidays, seasonal promotions), processing and delivery times may be extended. I’ll notify you of any expected delays when you place your order.

Should your order not arrive within 15 days of dispatch, please drop me a line at photo@querton.com and I’ll personally investigate what’s happened and sort things out for you.

I’m delighted to offer completely carbon-neutral printing with environmentally responsible packaging throughout. This is thanks to my printing partner The Print Space, who have carefully examined every aspect of their production and logistics chain to minimise environmental impact.

Returns Policy

I’m delighted to share these photographs with you, and I genuinely believe they’ll bring joy to your space for years to come. Each piece is designed to be a beautiful focal point that sparks wonderful conversations.

Exchange Policy

Given that these are limited edition prints that I produce in small quantities, I don’t offer direct refunds. However, if you’d like to exchange your print for another one from the same price range, I’m completely flexible about this!

Exchange Requirements:

  • Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Print must be in original condition with packaging and certificate of authenticity
  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs
  • I’ll arrange the new print shipment once I receive your return

Damaged Items

Your artwork will arrive beautifully protected in premium packaging that’s designed to withstand the journey to your door. On the rare occasion something goes wrong during transit, I’ll sort you out with a brand new replacement at no cost to you.

If you receive a damaged piece:

  1. Email me straight away at photo@querton.com
  2. Include photos of:
    • The packaging
    • The print itself
    • The certificate of authenticity
    • Your order reference number
  3. I’ll arrange your replacement immediately and handle all the return logistics myself

Quality Guarantee

Every print goes through quality checks before I send it out. If you’re not completely happy with the print quality (not damage related), please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I’ll work with you to find a solution that makes you happy.
